We are happy to announce new version of mysurveylab online surveys tool. This time changes mostly concern integration and survey reports improvements.
survey results export to excel (.xls)
We added native MS Excel (.xls) format support. Thanks to this functionality you will be able to export survey data directly to .xls file.
time filters
Ability to filter survey reports for specific time period. You can set filter to show data for specific dates (from - to), show last day, last week or turn time filter off. This feature will also allow you to export survey data only for selected time period.
updated NPS questions
We added possibility to turn off % sign in the NPS indicator.
enhanced "response ID" functionality
Better and more flexible integration using "response ID" control mechanism. Prepared solution allows external application (like CRM or mailing system) to control the way single response ID is created and managed.

display your company logo on the survey reports page and "survey closed" page
Now when you add your company logo to your survey it will be also visible on your reports page and "survey closed" page.
any code page support
We have improved multi-language survey results export support. Now you can export data using any code page. This is especially helpful when your analytical software can't read correctly national characters coded in UTF-8 (Unicode) and need special code page.
This time we focused on system simplification and better user experience. We have also introduced few cool new features; we hope you will like it.
New attractive subscription plans
We rejuvenated our subscription plans and added new Standard Plus plan. Now you can select from 5 subscription plans : Basic, Standard, Standard Plus, Professional and Enterprise.

Simplified collector configuration form
We have redesigned collector configuration form. New form is more functional and user friendly.
New response notifications
Thanks to automatic email notifications we will let you know about new responses for your surveys and tests as soon as they will appear in the system. This way you will always have up to date status of your research. You will be able to set notifications frequency, you can chose from 5 options : hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or no notification.

Survey invitation personalization
Now you can personalize survey / test email invitations. You can change font size and color. Bold or center selected text to pick respondent attention.
Ability to send mailing from any email account
Define email account that will be used to send survey and test invitations. Now survey invitations can be send from any email account. It will allow you to keep all functionalities of our mailing system (ability to track responses) while sending email invitations from your private or corporate email account.

Improved help & support system
We updated our online help and support files. You will also find new help widget that simplifies usage of our Help system. Changes include new support files organization and updated FAQ section.
