New subscription plans

We have introduced new subscription plans, brand new and more user friendly package selection and purchasing mechanism. Now you can choose from four plans:

• Basic – completely free system version with limited functionality. Ideal to make first step with on-line surveys.
• Standard – dedicated for professionals, small and medium enterprises.
• Professional – dedicated for teams (group work), medium and large enterprises. Full system functionality including: multi-user accounts, SSL, survey skins.
  
• Enterprise – dedicated for most demanding clients that need tailored solutions.

New survey engine

Together with the new system version we have introduced a new on-line survey engine. This improvement will make the system work faster, and allow us to implement new software versions in a less amount of time.

Group work (multi-user accounts)

If you are working on surveys in a team this is what you need. We implemented an option that allows a single account to be used by many users. Just select Professional plan and add subaccounts.

Available subaccounts roles:

• Administrator – full control over account, including ability to manage subaccounts
  
• Editor – ability to create, edit surveys and tests
  
• Viewer – ability to view surveys, test and reports

Change your survey skin

We have introduced a new tool to create custom survey skins (color templates). Now you can select your own color palette and save it for the future use with other surveys.

Full SSL support

We enhanced survey and test security. You can encrypt your surveys and tests with 256-bit SSL protocol to make them even more secure.

New Blog

We refreshed our on-line blog to better communicate with our users. We hope that you will like our updated layout and new features.

Open questions for tests

Test functionality has been enhanced by three more question types – essay, one line, and one or more open lines. Thanks to these changes it will be possible to build test with descriptive questions.

For response collections conducted with our mailing system we added statistisc showing collection status.

SSL

Security is one of our top priorities. We introduced 256-Bit SSL encryption. All pages that can contain user personal data or paswords are protected with SSL.

 

This release is the results of changes requested by our users. We simplified navigation, enhanced reports, and we implemented protection against accidental response deletion.

Safe question editing

Did you happen to accidentally delete answer choice and collected responses ? We implemented special mechanism that will protect our users from accidental response deletion.  System will automatically detect if there are responses already collected, and if true it will limit editing options. You will be still able to correct question or answer choices but it will be impossible to remove or add new answer choice.

Simplified navigation

It is even more simple now. Now you can navigate to survey design page directly from the list of collectors and back to the list of collectors from survey design page.

Save information about survey referring page

You want to collect feedback from your web service users and easily gather information which page is being evaluated. We enhanced reporting system. Now system automatically saves information about web page (URL) on which survey has been opened.
