Collector options

Collectors allows to collect response for a survey. Each survey can have any number of collectors with individual settings.

To create new collector :

1. enter collector name (obligatory field)
2. press Save button

Additionally you can define how the responses will be collected.

Set survey distribution method

1. Link / URL. Select this option if you want to collect responses through web link (URL), Facebook, pop-up, or web widget.
2. mysurveylab Mailing. Select this option if you want to send survey invitation directly from mysurveylab system.

Survey behavior after completion

1. Jump to website. After survey completion respondent will be automatically redirected to selected web site. For example http://www.mysurveylab.com
2. Close browser tab / window. After survey completion system automatically will close a tab or window in which survey have been opened.
3. Display summary report. After survey completion system will automatically display report with survey results.
4. Start new response. After survey completion respondent will be automatically redirected to the first page of a survey.

Non-active message. Define message that respondent will see for a closed collector.

Email notifications

1. Set email notification frequency. Set email notifications for a survey - hourly, daily, weekly, monthly.

Response limitations

1. Multiple responses per respondent. Decide if respondent will be able to complete survey only once or multiple times (multiple responses per one survey).
2. Going back to previous page. Decide if respondent will be able to go back to the previous page of the survey.
3. Time to complete. Set time allowed to complete survey.

Collector restrictions

1. Total responses limit. Define maximum allowed number of responses for a survey.
2. Survey available until. Define maximum allowed time of survey.

Security options

1. SSL secured. Encrypt surveys with SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
2. Password secured. Secure survey access with a password.
3. IP Filter. Limit or allow access to a survey for selected IP addresses.

Survey behavior after completion and Security options are available in Standard, Standard Plus, Professional and Enterprise plan.
