Export results

Export function is designed for users that use advanced analytical software for data analysis. You can export survey / test results any time.

In order to export survey results :

1. click on  export button
2. select export format, method and character coding method (for survey in English it is recommended to select UTF-8 coding)

mysurveylab provides two data export methods :

1. expanded - each answer choice is exported into separate column
2. compact - single choice question answer choices are exported and presented in one column

MS Excel limitations

Old MS Excel versions can have problems with import of long surveys. Excel 2003 and order versions have limitation of 256 columns.

1. Excel 97, 2000, 2003 (file extension .xls), 65.536 rows, 256 columns
2. Excel 2007, 2010 (file extension .xlsx), 1.048.576 rows, 16.384 columns
