Collector types

mysurveylab provides range of survey distribution methods including email invitations, popup surveys, web or web widgets.

• send survey link using standard email application
• create web page link for your website
• floating Web Widget
• customized Web Widget
• create invitation popup for your website
• create survey popup for your website

Create link (URL) for your survey - collect data with email, www, popup surveys, or web widget.

1. go to Surveys tab
2. select survey for which you want start data collection and press collectors button
3. select collector or create a new one
4. press enable button to activate collector
5. press share button to copy survey link
6. copy survey link

• Send emails from mysurveylab

Send link to your Contacts - collect responses by sending emails directly from mysurveylab. This way you will be able also to track response status and resend survey to respondents that didn't open survey. 

1. go to Surveys tab
2. select survey for which you want start data collection and press collectors button
3. select collector or create a new one
4. press contacts button to add respondents
5. press message button to add invitation message
6. press enable button to activate collector and send survey
