In a dynamically changing world, the study of the effectiveness of the onboarding process of new employees has become a standard and even a must for every company. The adaptation process affects not only the satisfaction but also the productivity of the new employee.

It is estimated that new employees need between 3 – 6 months for integration and acclimatization. If the employer makes it easier, the employee will quickly integrate into the group and feel comfortable in the new workplace.

Onboarding is also feedback. This way you can improve the process and help each new employee make a better start. The survey should be carried out within the first 2 – 4 weeks from the date of commencement of work by a new employee, but not earlier than after a week of attendance. So that the employee could get to know their workplace, team, and new responsibilities.
